Early Times Report

JAMMU, May 20: Welcome to Directorate Health Services Jammu, a place where doctors and the staff visit for officials work but a dog can often be seen moving and resting inside the office, causing greatinconvenience to visitors as there is no dare to stop them.
Surprisingly, Director of Health Services Jammu Dr Gurjeet Singh showed least concern about the issue and cut the call when same matter was taken up with him. It seems Director don't have concern about health of the Staff and other visitors to the office.
In the picture, a dog was seen napping without any fear near Health Education Bureau in the same building and staff along with visitors are being forced to pass by. Visitors are under terror when come close to the dog and numbers of complains have been conveyed to officials but all in vain.
Officials are working in the office told that the being one of the busiest office, where not only the doctors come but also officials from far flung area come to take supply of glucose and other. Office has become home to many stray dogs, especially inside the main entrance of the office of Director Jammu. They can be found in the office corridors in the most leisurely way.
The dogs not only roam around throughout the day but also spread litter and secrete in and around the office. Despite repeatedly complains, no sincere effort has been made by the concerned authorities to address the issue, resulting visitor are being forced to walk under the fear but who cares.

"Most interestingly, there is not security guard to stop dogs and in the absence of security guard, there is a perfect opportunity for the dogs to enter the building, with no one to scare them out.
