Court comes to rescue of SSB officer branded 'anti-nationals', seeks report in 30 days

Jammu: Taking cognizance of appeals of the victim of allegedly conspiracy wherein he had been provided false medical reports by private hospitals, Court of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD) today sought copies of these reports to be produced within 30 days.  
According to complainant Indu Bhushan Bali, he has been struggling to get rid of the allegations of ‘Anti national’ ‘Schizophrenic’ and many more tags which were leveled by the senior officials of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) on her with the help of doctors.
He had written a letter to Disability Court in which he mentioned that he was transferred to hilly and heavily militancy area and that too without TD/DA and that she was not even transferred transfer ever back to her  town.
Then officials pressurized and harassed him to accept the period in which he was struggling and getting abused by few officials of SSB as leaves and his refusal they had marked that period as leaves.
In letter, the victim stated that it was a clear case of harassment, they can’t treat this period as absent and neither can they forced him to join Leh/ Rajouri as the meaning of him altitude unfit with category “CEE’ as per dated memo No 27/2/75/SSB (E) dated 2-2-1977, it is stated that ‘B’ stands light duty and ‘C’ stands rest as per CRP rules. ‘CEE’ means fit for sedentary job and requested to the court kindly examine all the evidences attached as mentioned and judge weather this harassment, criminal harassment toward him.
He stated in his written complaint to the court, this was started when I was appointed as Senior Filed Assistant Medics Allopathy in SSB on 5-12-190 as a temporary post and was not made permanent employee even after 10 years of services. After clearing the prescribed medics course from frontier academy Gwaldom from 6-5-1992 to 24-7-192 80 days course and officers of SSB asked to me to give allopathic medicines to the villagers of far flung area without consult any doctor and the 80 days course was not enough to do so as well as the course is not recognize/ registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) and I refused to do so, “Indu narrated his tale.
He further stated that officers of  SSB were forcing to give medicines and further he dined in return they started beating brutally and mentally harassed and got threats, when he raised question about the validity of the said course, he would be terminated from the services. They continued harassed and beaten for many years and threats of termination which caused a lot of stress on his brain.
He stated that he had admitted in Psychiatric Diseases Hospital Jammu many times as well as conducted a lot numbers of medical tests by medical boards and diagnosed numbers of diseases due to stress and mentally torture by the officials of the departments even medical board of RML Hospital New Delhi and Sadarjung Hospital New Delhi also conducted medical test .
 “On 9-2-1995 I sent a telegram to President of India and appealed for justice but nothing has been done resulted the officials again beaten me on 26-4-1995 again sent a letter to President of India in reply from the office of President, the letter had been forward to Welfare Ministry again nothing come from the department, “he stated in his report.
After deciding to commit suicide, again written letter to I also sent the copy of this letter to the President of India, New Delhi, Prime Minister of India, New Delhi, Ashok Sharma. During this time, the Principal Director of SSB visited GC Jamnagar on 09.11.95 with Divisional Organizer Jodhpur and other officers. Principal Director of SSB informed the grievance including medical certificate of the training and he assured that the matter will take up and take necessary action over the issues explained but as usual all in vain.

Doctors' "negligence" claims 2 lives
