Party hoardings come up everywhere in OPD hall

Jammu, Oct 4: In a case of
glaring misuse of power and impropriety, huge hoardings have emerged on the
walls of the Government medical college and hospital, highlighting leaders of
BJP and attributing achievements of health sector to them.
It is pertinent to mention
here that workers of BJP organized a function in the OPD hall of GMCH with pomp
and show two days back against the norms as hospital is a silence zone but BJP
officials had challenged the rules of GMCH and used loudspeakers during function
as well as walls of OPD hall of the GMCH were pasted with large hoardings of
party activists.
Sources at GMCH informed
Early Times that the function was purely political. Moreover, no permission was
sought from the concerned authority of GMC hospital. The hoardings which had
portraits of the health minister remained on the walls of the OPD halls for two
days as no one had the courage to remove them. "For last two days, the
party hoardings are present on walls of the OPD hall of hospital and no official
dares to remove them," sources stated.
People coming to the
hospital alleged that the condition of health sector was deteriorating each day
but Minister was only busy in rhetoric instead of improving the bad condition
of health institutions.
