Govt orders transfers, posting in Social welfare deptt.

Jammu, July 27: The State government today ordered following transfers and postings in the Social Welfare department.
Fareed Kohli, DSWO, Udhampur is transferred and posted as Assistant Director (Administration), Directorate of Social Welfare Jammu against available vacancy.
Rachana Sharma, awaiting orders of posting is herby posted as District social welfare officer, Udhampur
Mukhlis Ali, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as DSWO, Poonch.
Reyaz Ahmad Shah, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS, Project, Kulgam. He will also hold the additional charge of ICDS, Project, DH Para.
Manmeet Kumar, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CPDO, ICDS Project Marh. Mir Masooda CDPO, ICDS project, Marh shall report to Deputy Director, ICDS, Jammu till further orders.
Arshad Ahmad Khan, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS Project Wavora. He shall also hold the additional charge of ICDS, Project, Rajwar and ICDS, Project Langate.
Shafqat Majeed, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS Project Hiranagar.
Imran Rashid, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS, Project, Nowshera Rajouri. He shall also hold the additional charge of ICDS, Project, Darhal. Bharti Sharma, CDPO Nowshera shall report to Deputy Director, ICDS, Jammu.
Dr. Abdul Khabir awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS Project Kalakote.
Musharaf Ali Hal awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS Project Doda.
Phulail Singh awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as DSWO, Kishtawar.
Vikas Sharma awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as DSWO, Rajouri. He will also hold the additional charge of ICDS, Project, Budhal.
Mumta Ahmad Pir, R/o Baramulla is hereby posted as DSWO Kupwara. He shall also hold the additional charge of ICDS, Project Kalarooa, Kupwara.
Javid Ahmad Rather awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as CDPO, ICDS Project Hajin.
Muddasir Hussain Famda awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as DSWO, Baramullah.
Suhail Ahmad Lone awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as DSWO, Anantnag.

Assabah ul Arjamand Khan awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as Assistant Director, (Adm.), Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir. One post CDPO, from over all cadre is transferred to Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir for drawal of pay of the officer.

Jasmeet Singh, Assistant Director, Schemes, Directorate of Social Welfare, Jammu is transferred and posted as CDPO, ICDS Project R.S Pura. Chanderkanta, CDPO, ICDS, Project, RS Pura shall report to Deputy Director, 1CDS, Jammu till further orders.
Chanderkant Bhagat, awaiting orders of posting is hereby posted as Assistant Director, (Schemes) Directorate of Social Welfare, Jammu.
Anil Kumar, CDPO, ICDS, Project, Budhal is transferred and posted as CDPO,ICD S Project, Assar. He shall also hold the additional charge of ICDS, Project, Marmat.

Zubair Ahmad Latoo, DSWO, Baramullah is transferred and posted as CDPO, ICDS, Project, Anantnag.

Doctors' "negligence" claims 2 lives

Sent to Isolation Ward of suspected swine flu patients, they died for want of treatment 2/28/2015 Nitesh Sangral Early Times Report             Jammu, Feb 28: Due to alleged negligence on the part of health department, two patients died in the isolation wards meant for suspected swine flu cases at makeshift hospital in Col Chopra Nursing Home. One more case of GMCH doctors' alleged negligence came to the fore when the report of Dr Bhupinder Singh, a pediatrician tested negative for H1N1. He had died of respiratory problems last Thursday. The doctors had not bothered to examine him for some other disease. Similarly, a few days ago, a patient namely Raj Kumar died in the isolated ward of GMCH. He too was not affected with swine flu as per his medical report. He too failed to get the requisite treatment in the hospital.
