Jammu, Aug 7: Dr Zahid Gillani, a former principal of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, has accused his successor, the incumbent principal, Dr Sunanda Raina, of hatching a conspiracy against him that led to his removal from the coveted chair.

Dr Sunanda "with zero merit, 3rd after me in seniority, her wakil (advocate) in court says she is senior most above Dr Ganshyam and Dr Shashi…I am sorry to say GMC faculty never said any(thing) for injustice, dear more than 75 DPC, 125 OPG I did, now please speak don't be afraid," Dr Zahid wrote in his Facebook post.
"Request Honb'le PM, CM, Bali Bhagat and Honb'le Dr Jatinder Singh for action… Sahib for Zahid 3 orders in two days (three orders have been taken against Dr Zahid within two days) but the liar lady (Dr Sunanda) she is enjoying no enquiry (he talk about baseless allegation level by Dr Sunanda and no action has been taken against her so far) no explanations as it's recommended by Comm/Secy. What you all beautiful friends conclude from this, it's not bachpana (childhood) my 33 years services they tossed," Dr Zahid adds.
'Don't be afraid'

He writes that on March 13, a meeting was fixed by the minister at 3.30 pm regarding super-speciality rules, etc. "If I was removed then why I was entertained as PMC, I should have been told please leave you are no more PMC.... I reached back college dispatched my team to Delhi by train to submit papers. Then at 9 pm I reached my residence. 14th of march I was very much in office..till 8.30 pm but no order was received by my office removal of me…"
Dr Zahid adds: "I left with station permissions and on 15th I was on leave, 16th morning I came back and 9 am I was on chair called pvt secretary regarding govt order he said doctor lay gaya ( doctor taken) I said why he.... No answer by pvt secy…. I again said order copy be provided pvt left office.... I was thinking till may Dr Sunanda comes but again I reached office Mr Balvinder gave me a scan copy again I said copy which officially received... My surprise on 15th afternoon pvt secy recived copy and same day morning comm/secy office dispatched official copy."

"Now great part of this above fact Sunanda says she joined 14th march on which order she joined and from which GMC she joined. Respected my friends when14th no order was I still asked pvt secy inform Sunanda for hand over take over being closing of financial month. I was waiting for hand over-- take over... and there are numbers of points, he written in his posts."

The sleuths of Vigilance on Tuesday conducted raid at the clinic of Dr Ashutosh Gupta, the head of Radiotherapy department of GMC Jammu, and found him present there, in brazen violation of the government order which bars the HoDs from private practice. On Wednesday, the Health department placed Dr Gupta under suspension (vide its order number 368-HME-2017) till pending enquiry. Dr Rahul Sharma shall hold the change of HoD Radiotherapy.
