8/16/2017 Early Times Report   JAMMU, Aug 16: Former Principal Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu who was accused of vandalizing the Principal's Office and brandishing revolver to terrorize staff on March 16, 2017 has again been given a clean chit by a probe committee the inquiry committee reported. A crucial high level meeting was called ahead of the all-important meet of the MCI, but it was hijacked by a junior doctor who raised his self governed agenda under the nose of Principal of the College.
