GMCH principal takes charge of 3 departments 6/24/2016 Nitesh Sangral Early Times Report    JAMMU, June 23: Though Union as well as state government has been emphasizing on decentralization of powers, but it seems the Principal of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu has adopted a contradictory stance by holding charge of three departments, instead of exploring options, available there. Pertinent to mention here that besides this principal of GMCH issued an order to hand over the charge of other department to other Head of Department (HoD) reportedly. Pertinently, various Head of Departments at GMCH and its associated hospitals are flouting the Government orders and indulge in private practice. According to sources, the department issued numbers of directions as well as orders to strictly banning the private practices but unfortunately the implementation of the orders were nowhere in sight which clearly shows that the directions and order are mere an eye wash.
