Nitesh Sangral 1/28/2011 6:16:26 PM JAMMU, Jan 27: The shortage of staff at Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) and apathy of the police has made family of the constable who died mysteriously wait to get justice and know the reason for their son’s death. FSL, whose record of cracking murder cases has always remained questionable, is also openly saying that it has shortage of staff that is why they were not able to provide details of their analysis. Its three months now when the police constable Bupinder Manhas was found dead in a local hotel. While concerned Police authorities say that constable died because of taking heavy doses of drugs, but family members allege foul play in his death.
